The Roy Street Building contains 33,900 square feet of retail and residential spaces. Located in the heart of the city with views of the Space Needle, the building's design reflects the activity that surrounds it. The goal was to maximize the development of a mixed-use building in the lower Queen Anne neighborhood that is cognizant and respectful of the existing neighborhood. A large, landscaped courtyard in the rear provides a relaxing sanctuary for the building's diverse occupants.
