The Moses building was originally built for factory use and is located in the heart of Seattle's Historic Pioneer Square. Pioneer Square has very stringent requirements on how to work with existing structures. In this adaptive reuse project we were asked to renovate and add 4 stories of condominiums. In addition we were asked to add seven stories to the building on the corner. From the street the two properties appear to be separate buildings but on the inside they work as one with a single elevator core and four stories of underground parking.
