SageCliffe is an exceptional site overlooking the Columbia River Gorge. Perched at edge of the bluff, the Columbia river flows some nine hundred feet below making for some of the most dramatic and unique view properties in the Pacific Northwest. SageCliffe currently hosts the Cave B Inn and Winery and the Gorge Amphitheater is the northern neighbor.
Stuart Silk Architects has been asked to help create an architectural vision for the next phase of SageCliffe which will include seventeen homes alongside a golf course, restaurant, club house, retail village and a theater complex.
