Andrew W. Patterson, Associate

Since joining Stuart Silk Architects in 2005, Andrew has served as a project manager for several of the largest projects in the office. Recently, Andrew completed the Orion Building, a 14,000-square-foot medical/dental building in the Admiral Residential Urban Village.  Other recent projects include Salmon Bay Landing, Cauquenes Building, Zhongkai Sheshan Villas, and several notable residential projects. The success of these projects is due to Andrew's strong belief in teamwork and his ability to lead a team to success. His aptitude for rational and creative thinking is reinforced with outstanding design sense, his passion for material and building technology, and his ability to communicate effectively as a team leader.

Project manager for a 14,000 sf medical/dental building in the Admiral Residential Urban Village with three stories over below grade parking garage. Managed preliminary design and development through permitting and construction.

Design and project manager for 34,000 sf office condominium in the Magnolia neighborhood. Developed the preliminary design and feasibility studies; managed the project through permitting and construction.

The Cauquenes Building – Seattle, WA
Design and project manager for 45,000 sf office building adjacent to Salmon Bay Landing.  Managed project design and development from conceptual design through permitting.
