This Broadmoor home was renovated to maximize garden and western views. The dining room and solarium additions were carefully designed and detailed in white painted wood to contrast with a new red brick exterior. Interior spaces are open and inviting, fully utilizing available natural light. The main floor was extensively restructured and the west side of the home completely redesigned. The dining room, kitchen, and family room were relocated to take advantage of the western views and light. A paneled library replaced the kitchen’s original location and a two-bedroom children’s wing was added to the north. Throughout, careful consideration was given to restoring existing moldings and finishes. New details were faithful to the home’s original style.
