Anne Adams has been with Stuart Silk Architects since 2001. Anne has a unique affinity for traditional design and strives to instill a sense of timelessness in every project. Anne graduated from Smith College then went on to receive her Master of Architecture, with distinction, from the University of Michigan. She is a registered architect in Washington and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Before moving to Seattle, Anne worked for Michael Graves & Associates in New York City. Her wide range of projects included residences, libraries, and a church. At Stuart Silk Architects her primary focus has been residential and consists of new construction as well as remodels.

Recent awards include the 2006 Excellence in Masonry Award for the Renaissance Revival Residence and the 2007 Southern Accents/ASID National Residential Design Contest. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Seattle Homes and Lifestyles, and Northwest Home + Garden.

In her spare time, Anne is remodeling the Seattle home she shares with her husband John and daughter Allison. She is interested in fine art and serves on the board of the Henry Art Gallery. Anne has recently added jewelry design and fabrication to her list of favorite diversions.
