Harvard-Belmont Renovation

Seattle, WA

This landmark, located in the Harvard-Belmont Historical District on Capitol Hill, was built in 1906 and is constructed of solid concrete as much as four feet deep at it's base. Its expression is timelessly rooted in the classical traditions of European urban villas. Due to neglect, all five floors are being largely demolished and substantially reconfigured and updated. Our clients ambition is to introduce a strongly contemporary aesthetic which provides a fresh and dramatic contrast with its historical pedigree.
