Lakewood RenovationSeattle, WA This remodeled Seattle residence sits on a secluded hilltop in Seattle's historic Washington Park neighborhood with views of Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains. Our client's ambition was to create a timeless and enduring home evoking the ageless country homes of England and France. The home's interior was largely demolished and significantly reconfigured. Two large additions were required in order to accommodate the growing family needs for bedrooms, a new kitchen and large family room. The existing stucco was removed and replaced with split granite blocks.
