Queen Anne Hill RenovationSeattle, WA Located in Seattle's historic Queen Anne neighborhood, this home originally built in 1913 is a classically designed federal style home with colonial influences. It is located adjacent to Parsons Garden and borrows views across the park to Elliot Bay. Our clients engaged us to update the home with minimal interventions to the symmetrical exterior. Their list of improvements was extensive and included a new kitchen, pantry, family room, breakfast room, powder room and master bedroom suite. Along with this list came the renovation of the existing library the reconfiguration of two of the children's bedrooms. The entry hall, living room and sitting areas were given lighting upgrades to accentuate the home owner's art collection. Featured on the cover of the March 2010 issue of Seattle Homes & Lifesyles and Renovation Style magazine best kitchen and bath. |
