Evergreen Point Residence

Medina, WA

On a hillside overlooking Lake Washington, this three-level, home was inspired by the owners' travels to France's Provence region. They loved the simplicity of weathered handcrafted materials. In this home, age and permanence shaped every design element from French quarried limestone to pre-aged timbers, distressed finishes, and cabinetry. A delicate balance was achieved between authentic old-world mass and the transparency needed to take full advantage of spectacular views.

TESTIMONIALS

"Our first experience (extensive remodel) with Stuart and his team was so successful that we later entrusted him with the design of our new home. Because our professional relationship was so positive, we have become personal friends as well. Stuart and his team interpreted our desires perfectly and then improved upon them!"
~ Chris and Susan Marker
