Located on a hillside in Seattle's historic Washington Park with sweeping views of Lake Washington and the Cascades, this home's design drew on influences from the southern Mediterranean regions of Spain and Italy. Stone details, traditional terracotta barrel-shaped roofing, and wrought-iron balconies add to the home's ageless quality. Hand-hewn beams, antique fireplaces from Europe and reclaimed stone floors complete the timelessness of this multi generational home.
