adams, mollick, troyer promoted to senior associates at ssa
Seattle, WA Anne Adams, Aaron Mollick, and Michael Troyer have been promoted to senior associates at Stuart Silk Architects. All three previously were senior project managers, overseeing architectural plans and construction of homes designed by the firm.
Adams joined Stuart Silk in 2001 and manages several new home projects as well as extensive remodels. Before relocating to Seattle, she worked in the New York office of Michael Graves on a variety of commercial and residential projects. Her graduate studies at the University of Michigan included a studio semester in Florence.
Mollick has been with the firm for nine years and has supervised a number of high-end home projects both in Seattle and Canada. He previously was involved in the collaborative Vine Street Green Project and with construction companies in New Orleans and North Carolina. He received his masters in architecture degree from Tulane University.
With the firm since 2000, Troyer has worked on a variety of residential projects throughout the United States, including a built-green home in the Santa Lucia Preserve in California. He previously was a resident architect in Moscow, completed a European field study at the Technical University in Berlin, and received his architecture degree from Ball State University.
According to Stuart Silk, the trio was selected for the new designation senior associate because of their skills as managers and creativity as designers. Anne, Aaron, and Mike are a committed, highly skilled team who herald the next generation of leadership at SSA. The firm is very fortunate to have three such qualified professionals in positions of responsibility.
Stuart Silk Architects Limited PS will celebrate 25 years in business in 2006. The firm creates skillfully conceived, well-crafted, and innovative homes within traditional, transitional, and contemporary categories. Stuart Silk homes have won numerous awards and been published in many national home design magazines and books.
