About This Project
Located on a hillside in Seattle’s Washington Park neighborhood with views of Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains, this three-story home was designed to sit above the neighboring homes like a tree house peering through the foliage. Fifteen-foot vaulted ceilings provide spatial drama for kitchen, living and family rooms as large arched dormers provide additional light. A generous east facing terrace accessed from the family room provides a place for outside living and expansive views.
